Player notes:

  • Dawn says she is Mormon & is uncomfortable swimming in her underwear; feels out of place on the tribe because of her age
  • Ozzy feels Jim is over strategizing
  • Papa Bear admits in the Redemption Island challenge that he would defect to Upolu if he re-enters the game
  • Jim and Brandon set Survivor records in the weight bearing challenge – 240 lbs. each
  • Dawn was the last player standing in the Reward/Immunity Challenge after affirming her need to perform well
  • Brandon breaks down at Tribal Council talking about his family and struggle to represent himself positively
  • Stacey refuses embrace from Coach after being voted out; tells Jeff it wasn’t real

Friends & Foes:

  • Jim feels Ozzy is getting closer to Elyse than anyone in his “real” alliance; approaches Cochran to eliminate Elyse
  • Brandon apologizes to Mikayla; she can’t get past his relation to Russell
  • Brandon comes clean with Edna that she is not part of the core 5 alliance
  • Stacey and Mikayla annoyed by Edna’s attempts to establish her social game, as well as her laugh
  • Edna tries to confide in Stacey before the vote; Stacey wants nothing to do with her since she hadn’t talked to her before that point
  • Stacey tells Brandon to watch out for Albert, Sophie, & Mikayla
  • Brandon approaches Coach about Stacey; Coach goes off on Brandon and Sophie overhears, noting in confessional that a reshuffling of the alliance might be in order
